1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the fk776 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on fk776 and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on fk776, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with fk776's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

2.2 If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fk776 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting customer support.

2.3 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.2 Identity Verification: fk776 is legally required to verify your age and identity before permitting withdrawals and, in certain cases, continued gameplay. 4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements: To register an Account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, choose a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 One Account Policy: Each individual person may register and hold only one (1) fk776 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether using different contact details, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. fk776 employs technical and manual monitoring measures to detect duplicate Accounts.

4.3 Account Name Accuracy: The name on your fk776 Account must match the name on the identification documents you provide for KYC verification and the name on the payment method(s) you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

4.4 KYC Documents: fk776 may request any or all of the following documents at any time:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued Philippine ID (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID);
• Proof of registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing name and number);
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering procedures.

4.5 Withdrawal Hold: fk776 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of fk776 and, where applicable, PAGCOR compliance requirements.

4.6 Account Accuracy Obligation: You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any registered information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update it promptly via Account settings or by contacting customer support.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fk776 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.

5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. fk776 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any Wagers placed using your Account credentials — whether by you or any third party who gained access through your credentials — are your sole responsibility.

5.3 You must notify fk776 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. fk776 will investigate all reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses arising from authorised-credential access prior to notification.

5.4 fk776 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in Account security settings.

5.5 fk776 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a security threat and reported to support immediately.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fk776 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available methods and applicable limits are displayed within your Account wallet.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

6.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your fk776 Account Balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the processing times applicable to the relevant banking institution, which may vary. fk776 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.4 Withdrawal Requests

Players may submit withdrawal requests via the Account wallet section at any time, subject to the following conditions:

7 Betting Rules

9 Prohibited Activities

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk776 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using the Account of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or illicit financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit game mechanics;

9.2 fk776 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited activity, to suspend access pending investigation, to void affected Wagers and forfeit associated funds, and to permanently terminate the Account. fk776 may report prohibited activity to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and any other relevant Philippine government authority where legally required.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 fk776 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The following tools are available to every registered Player free of charge within Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts may be set at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to prompt Players to take breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a break of 7 or 30 days during which deposits and gameplay are suspended while account access for withdrawal remains available.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The fk776 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fk776 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fk776 shall not be liable for:

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits fk776's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your fk776 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any available real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 fk776-Initiated Suspension: fk776 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time without prior notice where fk776 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account is being used in breach of these Terms;
• The Account holder has provided false or inaccurate information;
• Continued Account operation poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to fk776 or other Players;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has issued an instruction to suspend the Account.

13.3 Balance Following Termination: Where an Account is terminated by fk776 for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms, the real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, fk776 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in accordance with the provisions of the relevant section of these Terms.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

14.1 fk776 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at fk776.org/privacy-policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in fk776's Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory reporting, and service personalisation.

14.3 fk776 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies where required by applicable Philippine law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 fk776 operates under a licence granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR exercises regulatory oversight over the operation of the fk776 Platform.

15.3 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact fk776 customer support in the first instance. fk776 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

15.4 Any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16 Amendments to These Terms

16.1 fk776 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.
